Expressive and fluid. Contemporary builds on the foundational skills of ballet and jazz, elevating them to create emotions and tell compelling stories through movement.

A blend of dance and gymnastics. Acro builds strength, flexibility, and control with seamless transitions between fluid choreography and impressive tricks.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer acro as of yet. We are hoping to introduce acro in the near future!

Fun and dynamic. Our drop-in classes let adults 18+ explore a variety of dance styles without the commitment of a full-year program. Offered on a pay-per-class basis, these sessions provide fresh choreography and exciting challenges. Classes will be available at different levels, which will be clearly listed for each offering. Whether you’re looking to try something new, build your skills, or simply enjoy dancing, come as you are and experience the joy of movement!

GrooveAbility is a dance program designed for children and teens (ages 4-18) with exceptionalities. This upbeat and engaging class encourages self-expression, movement, and fun in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Through music, rhythm, and creative dance, dancers will build confidence, coordination, and social connections while exploring movement in a way that suits their individual needs. Led by compassionate instructors, GrooveAbility focuses on joy, inclusivity, and fostering a love for dance, ensuring that every dancer has the opportunity to shine.
